As a result of an ASP investigation spanning more than two years, five suspects were identified, arrested, and pleaded guilty to various charges related to the shooting.
On June 25, 2025, Tashawn Landers, 24, pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder, two counts of Attempted Murder, and six felony counts of Committing a Terroristic Act. He was sentenced to 660 months in the Arkansas Division of Correction (ADC).
On May 5, 2025, Steven Dye, 21, pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder, two counts of Attempted Murder, and six felony counts of Committing a Terroristic Act. He was sentenced to 300 months in the ADC.
On March 4, 2024, Dedrick Robinson, 24, pleaded guilty to felony Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and three counts of felony Tampering with Physical Evidence. He was sentenced to 240 months in the ADC.
On June 5, 2024, Aaron Warren III, 31, pleaded guilty to felony Committing a Terroristic Act and four counts of felony Aggravated Assault. He was sentenced to 84 months of felony probation with the Arkansas Division of Community Correction (ACC).
On June 5, 2024, Richard McGee, 33, pleaded guilty to felony Committing a Terroristic Act and four felony counts of Aggravated Assault. He was sentenced to 84 months of felony probation under ACC.
