Ambassadors host Spooky Chamber Community Coffee
The Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors hosted the Community Coffee this morning at the Chamber office. Many locals showed up to show their support, visit about current events and snack on sweet and savory tidbits. Halloween was the theme. Spooky decor, and dishes fit the motif; pumpkin cookies, spider spinach dip, and red velvet mummy cake balls along with beverages served from a scary skull punch bowl. 

'The Hope Hempstead County Chambers ambassador program consist of an elite group of professionals who are highly visible volunteers in the business community. Ambassadors not only assist in member retention efforts, but help in regards to recruiting and mentoring new members, as well as make chamber events successful. Ambassadors also assisted ribbon-cutting and other chamber events.'

“Our mission is to welcome, nurture, and recruit new & potential Chamber members; act as a goodwill representatives at Chamber functions & aid in the support of Chamber members,” Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Coordinator, Angelica Manzanares said. 

Executive Director of The Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce, Christy Burns said, "I am so pleased with the turn out this morning from the community, it's nice to see so many people come out and support us. I am proud of our Ambassadors, they work hard at every event throughout the year to make each function a success."
