Leadership Arkansas is a nine-month program that develops emerging and established business, civic, and community leaders who have the desire and potential to create a better Arkansas. To date, more than 950 individuals—representing business sectors, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government entities, and civic groups—have completed the program.

As we prepare for Class XIX, we are looking for individuals from diverse industries and backgrounds who are eager to join us in discovering the many strengths and opportunities within our state and prepared to play a key role in shaping Arkansas’ future."
