As the nation gets set to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence this coming July 4th, expect members of the Arkansas National Guard to usher in the week before with a scheduled flyover of dozens of Arkansas cities.

Around noon, if you look up, you might see a C-130 Hercules and/or a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters in Hope's skies. As for other places, the Arkansas National Guard has released its schedule.
