The scheduled flyover of dozens of Arkansas cities by members of the Arkansas National Guard in their salute to the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence will take place in our viewing area starting at noon today.
Around noon, if you look up, you might see a C-130 Hercules and/or a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters in Hope's skies. A few minutes afterward in Prescott, the same duo will become visible. The Arkansas National Guard has released its schedule, which includes the places where two flights should be visible in the coming days.
