NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will open on Thursday, June 6, in Bentonville to assist individuals who were affected by the severe storm system that passed through the state on Memorial Day weekend.
The center is located at the Northwest Arkansas Community College in the Becky Paneitz Student Center, SC 108. The address is 1211 SE Eagle Way, Bentonville, AR 72712. Parking is available in the adjacent multi-level parking garage.
Operations at the DRC will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. Residents of Benton, Boone, and Marion counties can meet with representatives of FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management, along with other state agencies, including the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Individuals do not need an appointment to visit the DRC.
The center will also be accessible to people with disabilities or access and functional needs and is equipped with assistive technology. If you need a reasonable accommodation or a sign language interpreter, please call (833) 285-7448 (Press 2 for Spanish).
It is not required to visit the DRC to apply for assistance. You may also contact FEMA via phone at (800) 621-3362 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Help is available in most languages. Assistance is also available online at disasterassistance.gov or through the FEMA app.
