FAYETTEVILLE - University of Arkansas post football game homecoming activities will get an early Oct. 16 start.

It was announced Monday that Arkansas’ Oct. 16 homecoming SEC West game against the Auburn Tigers will kick off at 11 a.m. at Reynolds Razorback Stadium and be televised by either CBS or ESPN pending the networks’ decisions after this Saturday’s SEC games.

It will mark Arkansas’ third consecutive 11 a.m. CDT game.

Arkansas lost, 37-0 last Saturday to the SEC East’s Georgia Bulldogs in an 11 a.m. CDT ESPN televised SEC game in Athens, Ga. and this Saturday plays the Ole Miss Rebels in an 11 a.m. ESPN televised SEC West game at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Miss.
