FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The nationally 17th Arkansas Razorbacks basketball women,  now 11-4 overall,  2-3 in the SEC, bounced back off Sunday's heartbreaking final seconds loss  to nationally No. 7  Texas A&M at Bud Walton Arena,  by Thursday night at Walton  holding off Florida, 84-80.The Gators, now 7-6 overall, 0-5 in the SEC, belied their record as Arkansas coach Mike Neighbors feared cutting into a 14-points Arkansas lead to  play the Razorbacks nearly down to the wire.  Chelsea Dungee's two free throws with seven seconds attained an 84-77 lead that even Florida Wonder Woman Lavender Briggs couldn't overcome with a game ending three.Briggs scoring 26 second-half points, led all scorers with 41 points. Kiara Smith added 21 Florida points.Dungee, a Wonder Woman in her own right Thursday night, scored 33 points including a phenomenal 17 of 17 free throws, while teammates Destiny Slocum, Amber Ramirez and Makayla Daniels scored 17, 11 and 12 points. On ESPN2 Monday  in a SEC Women's game showcased at 6 p.m. CST on Martin Luther King Day, Arkansas visits nationally No. 5 South Carolina, 9-1, 4-0 in the SEC after vanquishing Vanderbilt, 106-43 Thursday night at Vandy's home in Nashville, Tenn.
