Both teams will be looking to close out SEC competition with a win, as the Razorbacks are coming off a loss to No. 1 Oklahoma, 197.925-197.500 and the Tigers lost to No. 3 Florida in Gainesville last weekend, 198.450-198.325.
The Gymbacks have had some luck against LSU recently with two wins over the past three seasons, but just one of the team’s seven-ever victories over the Tigers came in Baton Rouge, on Feb. 11, 2011. The two teams have seen a lot of each other recently, with seven combined meetings in 2024 and 2025. In those contests, Arkansas has scored an average of 197.050 as a team and LSU an average of 197.952.
The Tigers are currently the only program in the country ranked in the top three on each event and overall: No. 3 on bars and beam, No. 2 on vault and as a team, and No. 1 on floor. The Razorbacks are beginning to hit their stride in all areas too, with No. 5 vault, No. 6 beam and No. 9 floor rankings, only the third week this season where Arkansas is within the top 10 on three of four events.
Action in Baton Rouge is set for 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13. The meet will be streamed live on SEC Network+ with live scoring provided by Virtius.
