Named for Preserve Arkansasās founding president and pioneer preservationist, the Parker Westbrook Award for Lifetime Achievement will be awarded to Jill Judy and Mark Brown, founders and co-owners of Downtown Dwellings. Since moving to Little Rock in 2006, Jill Judy and Mark Brown have restored 59 historic properties, ranging from small homes to some of Little Rockās most iconic landmarks. Many of their projects have focused on transforming abandoned or dilapidated buildings into beautiful living spaces, drawing new life and vibrancy to the downtown Little Rock community. As passionate supporters of historic preservation, Judy and Brown have also mentored countless aspiring preservationists.
