LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Out of an abundance of caution, Governor Sanders will delay the opening of State office buildings by 2 hours or until 10:00 a.m. except for critical operations on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Cabinet Secretaries may implement liberal leave policies for their employees who cannot report to work.
