On Monday, September 22nd, 2025 at about 11:40am, officers with the Hope Police Department
arrested Tavion McFadden, 19 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street in
Hope, AR. Mr. McFadden had two outstanding warrants and was charged with Theft by
Receiving (Firearm) and Residential Burglary. Mr. McFadden was transported to the Hempstead
County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Monday, September 22nd, 2025 at about 12:40pm, officers with the Hope Police Department
arrested Jaylan Toliver, 18 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope,
AR. Mr. Tolliver was charged with Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property (Firearm). Mr.
Toliver was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court
appearance.
