During Milligan’s arrest, an officer fired their service weapon, striking Milligan in the abdomen. He was transported to a hospital in Texas for treatment and is currently in stable condition.  Additional information may be released as it becomes available. An investigative case file will be presented to the prosecuting attorney, who will determine whether the use of deadly force was consistent with Arkansas law.
