Back-to-school bash hosted kids at Curry's Outreach Ministry in Prescott

At Curry’s Community Outreach Ministry in Prescott this evening, a Back-to-School bash got going at 5:00 p.m..

The Ministry provided a Nacho bar, which this reporter tried with enjoyment, a video game truck with several screens and a message to kids about how to have a successful school year.

Pastor Ivory Curry, who heads the organization said, “We're trying to just create a positive environment for young people to start back to school and have a positive mindset and talk to him a little bit about being drug free and talk to them about not bullying and not accepting bullying.”

At the bash, students played video games in and outside the Level 14 Mobile Truck (which was sheltered against rain by a large pavilion), got a good meal and a take-home bag with supplies.
