Bank of Delight Announces Drive Thru Only Service; Lobby by Appointment Effective March 18, 2020

At Bank of Delight, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and to help support community health management efforts, we are temporarily suspending lobby access at all three of our locations until further notice. These changes will go into effect Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

We continue to offer many options to serve your banking needs:

Online and Mobile Banking
We encourage you to manage your accounts using online and mobile banking. These 24/7/365 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – right from the comfort of your home.

Drive Thru and Night Deposit Box Services
Our drive thru services remain available during regular hours and offer most banking services. Customers may continue to use the night drop boxes available at all locations.

ATMs
Our ATMs, located at our branches, are accessible 24/7/365.

Telephone
You can check your balance, verify deposits or cleared checks, make transfers and loan payments 24 hours a day. Just call our telephone banking service at (844) 235-4448.

As always, you are welcome to call any of our three locations: Delight (870) 379-2293, Prescott (870) 887-2661, Gurdon (870) 406-3501. Please note you may experience an extended wait time by calling our branches directly due to high call volume.

Appointments
Bank lobbies will be available for transactions that cannot occur through the avenues listed above. In order for you to be allowed inside, you will need to call ahead and be prepared to be asked a small list of questions regarding your health and recent travels. Loan customers, feel free to contact your loan officers’ cellphones with loan questions.

We’re here for you
For over 100 years, we have dedicated ourselves to our customers and communities. We remain steadfast in our support and will continue to be here for you. We look forward to continuing to serve you and re-establishing full branch services once the need for social distancing diminishes.
