Dierks- Bears baseball stayed on track as they rout the Outlaws 13-2 to begin conference play with a win. The offense had 12 hits and Andrew Carillo mad sure Dierks did not get anything going offensively as the Bears cruised to a win. Carillo allowed only 2 runs on 7 hits and striking out 2, he also added 2 hits and 2 RBI. The defense played spectacular as they fielded 19 of the 21 needed outs to win the game. Zane Minton led the Bears offensively, reaching base safely 4 times including a triple, single, 2 walks, and adding 3 runs scored and 3 RBI. Reese Tarver also had 2 hits and 3 RBI. Collin Watson was another Bear that had multiple hits and also drove in 3 runs. The Bears have another conference game Tuesday as they host Acorn.
