Bears Beat Gators 8-2 on Friday Behind Reed Fisher's 4 RBI Night
Foreman- The Spring Hill Bears continue to roll with an 8-2 conference win over Foreman on Friday night, as they still sit atop the conference standings. The Bears jumped out to a lead in the first inning, as they put up a 4-spot to begin the game. The Bears would continue to tack on runs throughout the game, as the first inning outburst would prove to be all pitcher Mason Moore would need, as he was nails on Friday night, striking out 5 batters in 5 innings of work, allowing just 3 hits and 1 ER.

Reese Tarver came in and recorded the final 6 outs of the game to shut the door on any hopes of a Foreman comeback.

At the plate, the Bears were led by Reed Fisher, who drove in a team-high 4 runs on a double and a single. Andrew Carrilo smoked a triple and Mason Moore had another multi-hit game with a double and a single. Moore drove in 1 run. Colin Overton, Karson Hamilton, Jaxon Smith, and Tucker Vickers each had a single for the Bears. Overton, Smith, and Hamilton added an RBI each.

The Bears continue to reach base at a high clip, whether it's with hits or working the count and drawing walks. Coach Loe preaches keeping pressure on the opposition and it has been working for the Bears this season, as they are rolling.

Spring Hill is back in action on Monday as they host Dierks.
