Bears Beat Ouachita 12-9 in Comeback Fashion, Clinch Spot in State Tourney
Woodlawn- Your Spring Hill Bears are State Bound as they completed a comeback win by scoring 5 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to give the Bears the 12-9 lead. Mason Moore would slam the door on any hopes of a Warriors comeback with a 1-2-3 seventh inning.

Karson Hamilton got the nod from Coach Loe to start their opening game in the Regional Tournament. Hamilton struck out 4 batters, allowing 5 ER. Moore came in and tossed 2 2/3 innings of 1-hit ball, striking out two.

Five Bears had multi-hit games on Thursday, led by Mason Moore and Andrew Carrilo as they each had a 3-hit day at the dish. Carrilo had a pair of triples and a single with 2 RBI. Moore added two doubles and a single. Karson Hamilton posted two doubles and drove in a pair of runs. Reese Tarver had a pair of singles and an RBI. Reed Fisher had a single and 3 RBI, as he continues to be a huge run-producer for this team.

All year long, Coach Loe speaks on the fight in this group of Bears, and yet again, that mentality led to another comeback win in the biggest moment of the season. With the win, the Bears are set to face Woodlawn at noon.
