Bears Beat Taylor 12-4 on Tuesday Night
Spring Hill- The Bears hosted the defending 1A state champions Taylor Tigers on Tuesday and got the win over a very good Taylor squad. Spring Hill has been rolling to start off the season, including a 22-0 win over Mountain Pine on Monday night. 

Collin Overton got the nod from Coach Spangler to toe the slab on Tuesday and he spun a great three innings, allowing just 2 ER, allowing just 3 hits. Keldon Campbell finished the game, recording the final 12 outs, while just allowing 1 run. 

Spring Hill exploded in the first inning for 6 runs and it was all Spring Hill from there. Karson Hamilton hit it to where only the fans could catch it, as he cleared the fences for a blast. Hamilton finished the game with the HR, 3 RBI, and drew a walk. Maddox Dickson led the Bears in hits with 3, including a double. Andrew Carillo had a pair of hits including a triple and 2 RBI. Mason Moore also had a multi-hit night, driving in a run, and drawing a walk. Reed Fisher, Jackson Putz, Jaxon Smith, Collin Overton, and Brady Rhodes all had hits, as every Bears in the lineup had a knock. 

Spring Hill is back on the diamond  in the Murfreesboro Tournament next week.
