Bears Drop Tough Game to Redbugs 79-70
Spring Hill- The Bears found themselves trailing 19-14 after the opening quarter, but exploded for 26 points in the second quarter as Jakob Perry and Andrew Wylie both knocked down two 3-pointers each to give Spring Hill the advantage at the break. 

A slow start out of halftime for the Bears gave the Redbugs some momentum as Fordyce would erase the deficit halfway through the third quarter. Spring Hill fought hard in the fourth and erased a big Fordyce lead, but came up just short at the end as Fordyce would knock down some big free throws late and win the game 79-70.

Four Bears were in double-figures on Thursday night as Andrew Wylie led the way with 18 points, including knocking down five 3-pointers. Maverick Mills poured in 17 points and Jakob Perry added 16 points, including three 3-pointers. Levin McGuire would score 10 points for Spring Hill as he is beginning to get back into basketball form as of late. Austin Stone would score 6 and Jackson Putz added 3 points to round out the scoring for Spring Hill. 

Spring Hill is back in action on Tuesday as they host Dierks in a big conference matchup. The Bears are 3-2 in conference play, while Dierks is sitting atop the standings with a 4-0 conference record.
