Bears Had Tough Time Friday Night, Fall to Horatio

Horatio- The Bears did not have much go their way Friday as they managed hardly anything offensively as they fell to Horatio 10-0. Kase Davis toed the rubber for Horatio as he proved to be a tough opponent. Corbin Overton got the nod for Spring Hill as he pitched well, 5 ER through 4.2 innings striking out 4 batters. Reese Tarver escaped a jam in the 5th inning and Karson Hamilton finished the game for the Bears on the mound. With the loss Spring Hill brings their conference record to 2-1 and are sitting in 3rd place in the conference. The Bears are back in action Monday as they host Bradley. First pitch scheduled for 4:30.
