Bears Lose Tough Game at Home to Acorn
Spring Hill- Spring Hill entered Monday night with a 3-1 record in conference as they hosted the Acorn Tigers who were 2-2 in conference.  The Bears kept it close as Andrew Wylie would heat up a bit, knocking down three 3-pointers in the second half, but Acorn would pull away for the 64-53 win. 

The game was tied 11-11 after the opening quarter, as Maverick Mills scored 9 points. The Bears would trail 28-26 at the half after a tight second quarter. The Tigers started to extend their lead in the third quarter as they outscored Spring Hill by four points to take a 43-37 lead into the final quarter. 

The Bears struggled to get stops late as they allowed 36 points in the second half. Shooting wise, the Bears would struggle from 3-point range as they shot just 4/23, and just shot 25% from the field in general. 

Maverick Mills would lead the Bears with 21 points. Andrew Wylie would finish the game with 11 points, Levin McGuire would add 8 points. Jackson Putz (4), Blane Tuttle (4), Jett Durham (3), and Austin Stone (2) would each score for the Bears. 

Spring Hill is back in action after Christmas, as they will be competing in the Ouachita Christmas Classic.
