Beekeepers from Honeys Miss Bee Haven work to remove hundreds of honeybees which had built a hive in the window eve of the upper story of the Hope Public Schools Administration Building on Second Street. HPS maintenance personnel discovered the hive as a power washing crew was working on the building Tuesday. The bees were coaxed out of the hive after beekeepers captured the queen, and the remaining bees were vacuumed into containment. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
