Beryl Henry Elementary School
students have formed the BHE Coding Club to better understand and experience
hands-on use of computer science through robotics, APPS creation and creative
skills needed for success in a technology-driven world. BHE technology
instructor Sandra Rhone is the faculty sponsor of the after-school club, which
hosted Southwest Arkansas Educational Cooperative Computer Science Specialist
Leslie Savell at its first meeting, shown working with Bradley Riley, Blake
White and Deontray Lengy. Rhone said club members will become mentors to other
BHE students during technology classes instruction. – Hope Public Schools
