HOPE – Parent and student questions concerning the use of the Lincoln Learning virtual platform for the Hope from Home Virtual Academy at Beryl Henry Elementary School are being sought for a Facebook-based session on navigating the application.

BHE Principal Dr. Roy Turner said today parents and students involved with the HVA have raised some common questions which need to be resolved.

“Our leadership team will be meeting on Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. in the library in a roundtable format to answer questions submitted to us by parents,” Dr. Turner said. “We will also have one or two students share their experiences with logging in and using Lincoln Learning.”

But, he said the BHE team needs to understand the most common concerns parents and students have in using the virtual platforms.

Parents and students are asked to submit questions through BHE Counselor Christi Sullivan’s office at [email protected] online by Sept. 7.

“Once we complete the roundtable meeting, we will upload the video to our BHE Facebook page and to the BHE district website,” Turner said.

He said parents may request a copy of the video by email through Sullivan’s office.
