Genoa- The 7th and 8th grade Hornets Football team traveled to Genoa on Monday to take on the Dragons. It was a hard-fought game, but the Dragons took home the 22-8 victory over the Hornets. Wyatt Penny scored the TD for Blevins with Lucas James scoring the 2-pt conversion. The Hornets played a good game overall as the defense looked good and the offense moved the ball throughout the game. Blevins Jr. Team is back in action Thursday against undefeated Cutter Morning Star in Cutter.
