Magnolia- The Blevins Hornet Cross Country team headed to Magnolia to run in the SAU Lois Davis Invitational. Javier Gomez led the way for the Hornet boys as he placed 26th in an event with 79 runners, and Jackson Bonner placed 59th. In the Jr. Boys event Kaden Powell finished 17th. Audrey Lovette ran a great race for the Lady Hornets team as she placed 16th against very tough competition. Kayla Diaz placed 42nd and Arely Diaz finished in 47th. In the Jr. Girls event Emilee Davis medaled, earning 4th place in the event. Blevins heads to Trinity Christian next weekend to compete in the Taylor Wade Invitational.
