Blue Jays Soar Past Umpire 83-21 Last Week
Nevada- The Blue Jays (16-7, 5-1) got back on track last Wednesday night with a big 83-21 win on their home floor against Umpire. Nevada improved to 5-1 in conference play with the win. The Jays started off fast on Wednesday with a 36-point eruption in the 1st quarter, as ten different Blue Jays scored in the opening quarter. 

Nevada added to its lead in the second quarter to take a 53-11 lead at halftime and would cruise in the 2nd half to a win, as a lot of guys got some big minutes throughout the game. 

Twelve Blue Jays scored in the game as Brogan Rhodes led the way with 13 points. Tristan Griffith and Caleb Moss each scored 10 points for Nevada. Kavion Coleman scored 9 points, Kobe Hughey and Hurkillis Burns each scored 8, Justin Myrick scored 7 points, Keyonte Wingfield and Rico Aparicio scored 5, Monti Mixon added 4 points, and Tatum John and Reid Casey each scored 2 points. 

Nevada is back in action on Thursday night as they host Mineral Springs in a big conference game.
