Blue Jays Top Umpire 76-27
Umpire- The Blue Jays hit the road Friday night to Umpire for their third game of the week and with a 76-27 win over the Wildcats, Nevada had a very impressive 3-0 week with 3 road wins over Oden, Junction City, and Umpire. After the game in Umpire, Josie Carlton spoke with Hurk Burns on the win, "Our defense was a bit shaky but we pulled it together after the half and we started getting our offense together too." In the third quarter, the Nevada defense pitched a shutout against the Wildcats. 

Nevada jumped out to a 24-11 lead in the opening quarter and extended that lead to 51-15 at halftime. The Blue Jays would then cruise to the 49-point win to improve to 8-1 in conference play. 

Kobe Hughey led the way for Nevada on Friday night, as he poured in 17 points. Monti Mixon scored 12 points and Tristan Griffith scored 10 points. Tristan Griffith talked after the game on the win, "Coach helped me wake up after a slow start, started running down the court and it got me more points." Keyonte Wingfield scored 7 points, and Kav Coleman, Caleb Moss, and Rico Aparicio each scored 6 points. Brogan Rhodes added 5 points, Hurk Burns scored 4, and Justin Myrick scored 3. 

The Blue Jays are set to hit the road again on Monday and head to Mt. Ida for another conference road game.
