Bobcats Beat Bauxite 4-1
Bauxite- The Hope Soccer team traveled to Bauxite on Friday night for a conference matchup with the Miners. It was a slow start for the Bobcats, as they headed into the half tied at 0-0 with the defense playing spectacularly once again. Then Gio Ruiz got the scoring going for Hope, as he connected on a banger from around 30-yards out to give Hope a 1-0 lead. Cue Anthony Dominguez, as he would score 2 goals in about a 3-minute span to put the game out of reach.

Dominguez' first goal came on a very nice pass from Carlos Zapata, as he would extend the Bobcats lead to 2-0. Moments later, Gio Ruiz hit Anthony Dominguez with a nice ball, as Dominguez found the back of the net for his second goal of the game. Around the 10-minute mark, Aniell Felipe sealed the victory with a nice goal to give Hope a 4-0 lead. Bauxite would score late to make the final score 4-1. With the win, the Bobcats are in second place, and they will welcome the Scrappers to Hope Tuesday night.
