Bobcats Eddrick Lard and Kyle Whiteman to Continue Their Athletic and Academic Careers
Hope- Congratulations to Eddrick Lard and Kyle Whiteman of the Hope Boys Basketball team on prolonging their basketball careers, as they both signed to play basketball at the next level.

Eddrick Lard signed with Williams Baptist, as he is going from being a Bobcat to being an Eagle. Eddrick was joined by his family, friends, coaches, and the Hope faculty as they all celebrated his achievements. Words used to describe Lard were, hard-working, accountable, defensive-minded, and his willingness to buy in to the team and be a leader. Lard is also a great student at Hope High in the classroom, as coaches and staff marveled at his character on and off the court. Congratulations to Eddrick Lard on this accomplishment.

Kyle Whiteman has inked with Champion Christian, as he is going from wearing a Bobcats jersey to a Tigers jersey. Whitman has earned numerous accolades this season and was only in Hope for his senior season, but everyone at his signing on Thursday spoke only of how great of a teammate he was, how accountable he was, and how important he was to the Bobcats' success this season. Congratulations to Kyle Whiteman on this great achievement.

A side note about these two student-athletes. They are both representing Hope in the State Track Meet this week as they continue to show their dedication to this program.
