The defense was dominant, and the Bobcats controlled the pace throughout the entire game as Hope starts its conference run 1-0. Ten Bobcats scored points for Hope, as a well balanced attack kept Ashdown struggling to figure out an answer Tuesday night.Â
Kyle Whiteman scored 14 points to lead the Bobcats in scoring, including knocking down two three-pointers, and added 3 assists. Sidney Ross scored 13 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Isaac Love knocked down two three-pointers and finished with 9 points and 4 rebounds. KD Gulley had a great night with 9 points and 9 rebounds as he dominated the glass.Â
Keshaun King (6), Corinthian Brown (4), Jay Monk (2), Jalen Staggers (2), Kamron Walton (2), and Eddrick Lard (1) each scored for the Bobcats.Â
