US Senator John Boozman

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) will present medals to a WWII veteran and speak at an agriculture conference on Friday.

Event:             Medals and Celebration for WWII Veteran Fulton Walker

Time:              10 a.m.

Location:       Pine Bluff First Assembly Life Center – West Campus

                        3206 S. Hazel Street

                        Pine Bluff

Boozman will present medals to 96-year-old WWII veteran Fulton Walker. He served in the U.S. Army from 1943-1946 and was deployed in the European theatre. Following his military career, he became an educator, eventually serving as Assistant Superintendent of the Pine Bluff School District.

Senator Boozman serves on the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry. He will provide a legislative update and discuss what the future holds for agriculture.
