Bryce Montgomery Announces Candidacy for District Judge
Hempstead and Nevada Counties — I am excited to announce my candidacy for District Judge of State District 38, which makes up Hempstead and Nevada Counties. Early voting starts on February 19, and continues through Election Day on March 5.

I am a lifelong resident of Hope, Arkansas.  Upon graduating law school from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, I returned to Hope to practice law with my brother Blake at the Montgomery Law Firm.  During my time as a small-town lawyer in Hope, I’ve helped and represented hundreds of people and businesses throughout Hempstead and Nevada Counties.

I believe that the people and businesses of Hempstead and Nevada Counties deserve a District Judge who is fair and impartial, who upholds our values of honesty and integrity, and who is committed to the future of our communities.

I am running for District Judge because I believe that I am the man for the job.  This district is my home, and I would be honored to have your vote and support to be our next District Judge.

If you’d like to get involved, volunteer, or get a yard sign, find us on Facebook or give us a call at (870) 777-6700.  But if you really want to make a difference, tell your friends and family to vote for Bryce Montgomery for District Judge on March 5.
