Cablelynx team members decked the chamber out with a spooky Halloween motif, spider web lit trees, skeletons, and a creepy candelabra lined the tables that were filled with themed foods. Red velvet eyeballs, bat, pumpkin and ghost shaped cookies, fruits in Halloween cups, sandwiches, and meat trays. Green and purple punch was served to match.
A variety of Cablelynx swag was available to guests, tablets, coffee mug, pens, insulated bags & key chains. A fire pit with a twelve pack of magical flames and lawn chairs were given away as prizes by random drawing.
Connectivity Expert, Jacqueline Martinez said, “We are members of the chamber, so we wanted to hold a coffee today to showcase our broadband internet and cable. Be sure to stop by our local office at 506 South Walnut and talk with one of us. We are bilingual speaking, so we invite all Hispanic residents to swing by.”
Executive Director of the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Christy Burns said, “It was a good turn out this morning for the community coffee. It’s important that we all come together to spend a little time getting to know the businesses in our community and what they have to offer. I am grateful that Hope Cablelynx is a part of the Chamber.”
