Chamber hosts Ribbon Cutting for INKLIFE TATTOO STUDIO
The sun was shining brightly this morning at INKLIFE TATTOO STUDIO for as the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce celebrated the new location with a Ribbon Cutting. Many local fans came out to show their support of the new business.

Mayor Don Still was present and welcomed everyone saying, “I’d like to welcome David to downtown. It is nice to see new businesses grow especially in this area of Hope.”

Executive Director of the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce, Christy Burns said, “I am so proud for David, he is truly an artist. I am a walking billboard for him so I can definitely testify to his work and professionalism.”

Owner and twenty-year veteran tattoo artist, David Beard said a few words, “I work Thursday through Sunday 11am-11pm by appointment only. I am well rounded, but I am mainly a cover up artist so if you have a tat you need covered, come see me. I’m just doing what I love to do, drawing circles for a living,” Beard said lightheartedly.

He went on to talk about his excitement of having this new location, “I am really excited, I have been working towards this for twenty years, so it is nice to finally see this come to fruition. I am hoping to expand with two or three other artists in here, a piercing specialist and I am just looking forward to the future. I invite everyone to stop in and get some ink,” Beard said.
