Over 2,500 luminaries, made by the clients and staff of ROC, were spread throughout the historic city, adding to the Christmas spirit. An array of musical performances were spread throughout the town at different times and will continue through the rest of the night. All to be repeated again tomorrow for happy holiday guests.
