It is with profound sadness that the City of Hope and the Hope Fire Department announce the unexpected passing of one of our dedicated firefighters. The incident occurred while on duty but not related to a specific call for service. 

The community is invited to a candlelight vigil to pay tribute to our fallen firefighter. The event will take place tonight at 8:30 pm at Hope Fire Station 2, located at 1001 N Hazel St, Hope, AR 71801.
