City of Hope, Arkansas Parks and Recreation Summer Position

The Hope Park and Recreation Department’s mission is to ensure a safe and friendly environment for all guests to enjoy. We are currently looking for lifeguards to work the 2022 summer at the Fair Park Swimming Pool.

Lifeguard Qualifications: 

Must be available on weekends.
Must be available for some evenings for private parties.
Must be able to pass lifeguard training and CPR classes. 
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
