Gannett Co., Inc., is selling the Hope Star building at an online auction with bidding to begin on September 13.

The building, which is located at 522 West 3rd Street in Hope, Arkansas, is approximately 11,705 square feet on 0.75 acres of property.  The sale also includes a parking lot which is located across the street (918 East Capitol Avenue). 

The online auction is being hosted by Ten-X Commercial Real Estate and bidding will run from September 13 to September 15.

Once on the auction website, prospective bidders can click on “REGISTER TO BID” to begin the registration process.  They will be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement which will provide access to due diligence documents, including a survey and Phase I environmental report, and will also need to submit a proof of funds in order to obtain Ten-X approval prior to bidding.
