Washington, D.C. — Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement after President Trump ended the Biden administration’s partial arms embargo on Israel:

 “I’m pleased that President Trump and Secretary Rubio are ending the Biden administration’s shameful arms embargo on Israel. Israel is in a war of survival against murderous terrorists and they shouldn’t be forced to fight with one hand tied behind their back. Today’s announcement will bring more well-paying jobs for American workers. And it is an important step towards securing peace in the region and bringing home the remaining hostages held by Hamas.”
