A total of 122 students ages 5-11 from Clinton Primary School, Beryl Henry Elementary School and Hope Academy of Public Service were the first students in the Hope Public Schools to receive COVID-19 vaccinations Nov. 12 in a clinic at CPS. The students were administered the first dosage of a two-dose regimen of the recently approved Pfizer vaccine in a collaborative effort by the HPS and Express Rx The second dosage of the vaccine will be available to any eligible HPS student at CPS on Friday, Dec. 3, according to HPS District Nurse Renee Sells, RN. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
