Junction City- The Curley Wolves went into Friday night with one thing on the agenda, dominate and let every team in their conference know that the 5-3A Conference Title still runs through Prescott. The defense showed up big time, per usual as they forced 3 INT's including a pick-six from LB Talan Smith. DeCari Prater and Wes Rash each had INTs as well. Pierce Yates led the Prescott offensive attack with 2 TDs and 258 yards passing on 11 completions. The Curley Wolves ground attack was unstoppable Friday night, largely due to a great performance by the offensive line. Ja'Noah Harris found the endzone twice as he rushed for 59 yards on 10 carries. DeCari Prater had a TD on 58 yards rushing, and K.J. Page got in on the action with a TD and 11 yards rushing. D'Wayne White had 99 yards recieving on 3 catches, P.J. Gulley had a TD and 85 yards receiving on 4 catches, Jaylen Johnson also caught a TD and had 42 yards receiving. Spencer Hubbard added a 32 yard catch, Damien Corletto had 17 yards on the ground and Tiquan Box had 9 yards. Defensively, the Curley Wolves dominated as one of the Dragon TDs came at the end of the game. The D-line continues to impress and are proving week in and week out why they are the best in 3A. The "No Fly Zone" continues to allow next to nothing, as they continue to force turnovers. On special teams, John Rabadan was 6/6 on PAT's and younger brother David Rabadan was 1/1. Prescott hits the road next Friday as they head to Fouke to take on the Panthers.Â
