Bismarck- Prescott dug themselves in an early hole falling behind 7-0 after the 2nd inning. The Curley Wolves fought hard and showed resilience, but came up a little short as the Lions took home the win with a 12-8 victory. Avery Hubbard went 4-4 at the plate for the Curley Wolves and drove in 2 runs and swiped a bag as well. Pierce Yates, Spencer Hubbard, and Keegan Simmons each added hits for Prescott. Carston Poole and Branen Bradley each had an RBI for the Wolves. Poole and Yates came in relief and pitched 2.2 combined innings of shutout baseball and struck out 4. The Wolves are back in action Wednesday as they travel to Fouke for a conference matchup against the Panthers.
