Curry's Community Outreach Ministries and the Prescott Rotary Club have established a food pantry for the community. Curry's Kitchen is located at 606 Greenlawn Street in Prescott in front of the Curry's Community Outreach Ministries building under the awning. This pantry is stocked full of non-perishable items like canned goods, beans, paper towels, and even baby food. Located outside for easy access, Curry's Kitchen is available for anyone in the community to grab what is needed at any time. Also, should anyone like to donate items, individuals can stop by and put goods inside the pantry, as well.
Pastor Ivory Curry said he greatly appreciates the Prescott Rotary Club for sponsoring this project and said individual citizens have donated, as well. "Prescott Rotary recognized the need for items like this and jumped right in to help," Curry said. "I am so thankful for them and all the other individuals who have helped bring the food pantry to the people of the community."
Pastor Curry went live on Facebook to share the news of Curry's Kitchen and show people what the food pantry has to offer.
