Daron, a Prescott native, comes with experience working for companies like AT&T in video production, graphic design, and social media marketing. His wide range of experience and exceptional talent in video editing will bring a vibrant, exciting variation to the news and sports coverage of SWARK.Today.

Jim Hawley, President of SWARK Today, welcomes Daron to the team with great enthusiasm. “I am pleased that we were able to find someone with videography and marketing experience to join our team," he said. "Daron brings to us a unique perspective and plenty of creativity, and his work in video production will be a considerable asset with our efforts in producing more video projects for our local news and sports. He certainly fits the vision of our company, and we look forward to incorporating his innovative ideas into our expanding lineup.”

Bren Yocom, General Manager at SWARK.Today, is also thrilled about Daron joining this news crew. "I am extremely excited to have Daron become a part of our company," she said. "In the short time he has been here, his knowledge of video editing and production has been like a breath of fresh air. He has amazing ideas and his resourcefulness at bringing those ideas to completion as a product for viewers perfectly fits the SWARK mission of providing bigger and better news and sports coverage for Southwest Arkansas. He is very eager to learn about the interesting aspects of our community, as well as getting to know the people who make those things possible.

Daron says he is ready for his new job and that he has enjoyed getting to know his fellow team members. “Everyone has been very welcoming and has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home here,” he said. “I like how family-oriented this team is and I look forward to seeing what kind of projects we can create together. This is a wonderful opportunity, for which I’m very grateful, and I’m excited about getting out into the community and learning more about the people and places of southwest Arkansas.”
