Texarkana, USA — As excitement builds for Downtown LIVE on June 12, Main Street Texarkana is
pleased to highlight several downtown businesses offering special activities, extended hours, and
unique experiences during this month’s event.
On West Broad, That Vintage Vibe, open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guests can enjoy karaoke from 4 p.m.
to 7 p.m. The shop will also host artist Miranda Layne, who will be creating a new artwork live. Layne’s
vibrant, expressive style has become a signature part of Downtown LIVE.
On the East side, Hart’s on Broad will stay open late, offering refreshments and a 25% off sale for
Downtown LIVE attendees. Shoppers can browse new merchandise, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, and
take advantage of special pricing available only during the event.
The Private Collection will also be open late and welcoming guests with free refreshments as part of
their Front Porch Social. This new addition to the district adds to the growing momentum of downtown
revitalization and offers visitors another inviting stop as they explore historic Downtown Texarkana.
The highlight of the evening is a concert by Texarkana Winds featuring Candace Taylor. The group will
perform at the Gallery at 1894 on Olive Street. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and settle in
