There is no evidence of life-threatening inflicted injury or internal injury, according to the associate medical examiner who conducted the autopsy of Deitric Williams.

A comprehensive investigation into the in-custody death of Mr. Williams, which occurred in Conway on July 17th, is being conducted by Arkansas State Police’s Criminal Investigation Division.
