Centerpoint protected home court against the Dragons earlier in the year, with a close win. This game was back and forth throughout the game, but the Dragons fell just short of a home win, as they dropped the game 58-55.
Peyton Hicks led the way for Genoa with another double-double, as he scored 16 points, grabbed 11 boards, and had 4 blocks. Jaxson Muhl has been playing great throughout conference play and poured in 15 points on Tuesday. Muhl also grabbed 6 rebounds and had 4 steals. Brayden Cobb scored 11 points and had 2 assists, and Brody Helms scored 3 points and had 6 rebounds.
With the loss, the Dragons dropped to 8-5 in conference play with a trip to Camden HG remaining on the schedule before the conference tourney. The Dragons should be locked in at the 4-seed for the tourney.
