After the game I caught up with Coach Drew Hamilton as he spoke on the Dragons comeback win, "It felt great, we came out really flat in the first half, but the defense picked it up in the second half with defense, we showed a lot of fight tonight. Brayden Cobb played the entire game flying around the floor for us, it was a great team defensive effort in the 2nd half." With the win, the Dragons start the year 1-0 and are back in action on Tuesday as they host Arkansas High for their home-opener.
In the Jr. Boys game, the Dragons hit the floor running early and dominated on both sides of the court, as they ran away from the Tigers with a 55-27 win. Gavin Mudford led the way with 15 points. Jaxon Thornsberry had 9 points and Tristan Engledowl had 8 points.
